So I had cancer (and beat it) and thought it would be nice to buy myself a little treat right?Well I wanted the Super Sailor Mars that was going to be released September 2017.
I pre-ordered the figure and waited. And waited. And waited. I looked at the website and they had released the item AND lowered the price!
I emailed them multiple times to get a refund or see when my item was going to ship. All my emails went unanswered and I was out $50+.
I even opened a case with the Better Business Bureau which ended with nothing but only then did I see all the negative reviews and people near screaming not to buy from them.Now when I try to find their website it won't show up, but lesson learned to check reviews before buying from a new website.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
I didn't like: Utter lack of communication, Ignoring bbb case, Ignoring request for refund, That they steal money.
